Job Description
Greencross Kedron is seeking a Full time Client Services Representative to join our reception team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handle a multi-line switchboard, and triage emergency enquiries while maintaining a calm, skilled manner.

This role supports pets and their owners with explicit information on services, pricing, and hospital policies. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
