Bolton Clarke seeks an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to join its national ER Services team.
Based VIC with a potential Brisbane-based chance, you'll provide practical ER/IR advice and manage end-to-end ER case work across our aged care services.
You'll triage leader queries, escalate high-risk matters, and work with senior ER leaders and in-house legal counsel to ensure compliant outcomes and robust risk mitigation.
