Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a large production team across shifts, ensuring secure, efficient and high-quality delivery of production plans in a rapid-paced FMCG setting.
This permanent afternoon shift leadership role transitions from day shift during onboarding.
You will develop capability, drive continuous improvement and uphold GMP standards on site.
