Gun Partner – Broad Mix of Tax work
Responsibilities
Provide complex tax advice
Assist on structuring and trusts
Handle state and federal tax matters
Deal with OS investments, litigation, wine and property tax
Qualifications
Associate or Senior Associate with 3–7 years of experience
Robust tax advisory background; lawyers from Big 4 accounting firms with robust tax advisory experience may also be considered
