Job Description
Cleanaway is seeking a National Property Asset Manager to lead a national portfolio of approximately 350 industrial and logistics properties.
Based in Brisbane or Melbourne, you will partner with the Head of Group Property to optimise value, manage leases, budgets and compliance across Australia.
You will influence senior stakeholders, drive portfolio improvements, and oversee a dedicated property team to deliver robust commercial outcomes and long-term portfolio value.
