Part-Time Permanent Medical Receptionist – Busy Bayside General Practice
A busy Bayside General Practice is seeking afriendly and skilled permanent part time receptionistto join our team working 15+ hours per week.
Flexibility to assist withholiday and sick leave coverageis essential.
Previousmedical reception experience is required.On-the-job training will be providedto the successful applicants.
Greeting patients and providing exceptional front desk service
Answering telephones and booking appointments
Processing patient accounts and payments
Managing patient flow and the waiting room
Scanning, faxing, and emailing documentation
Ability to multitask in a busy setting
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Ability to work well within a small team
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Well-presented, reliable, and punctual
Enthusiastic, flexible, and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Clinic Hours:
Monday to Friday:8:00am – 6:30pm
Saturdays and Public Holidays:9:00am – 12:00pm
