EY‐Parthenon is seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Director to lead Energy Lead Advisory transactions across Australia.
You will partner with energy developers, investors and financiers to drive strategic M&A;, capital structuring and deal execution in a rapidly decarbonising market.
You will oversee origination, due diligence, valuation and negotiation for mid‐market and major energy assets, with a solid regulatory and public‐private sector interface.
