Job Description
Uniting is seeking Mental Health Support Workers to assist in the HASI Plus program across two sites in Carlingford.
You will support adults with complex mental health needs transitioning to independent living, with a focus on recovery, skills development and community participation.
Role includes direct consumer support, handover, supervision, documentation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive setting.
