FMS Group is seeking a hands-on, strategic People & Culture leader to guide HR across the employee lifecycle in a mining and heavy earthmoving context.
You will head a small P&C; team and report to the Executive Manager – People & Culture.
You will drive employee relations, recruitment, performance management and leadership development while ensuring compliance with Fair Work laws and enterprise agreements.
Leadership qualities and robust stakeholder engagement are essential.
