Aruma is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to develop and implement individualised plans for people with disabilities. You'll work with families, carers and specialists in a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, dignity and inclusion. Travel to Aruma sites for meetings every six weeks to Burleigh, Loganholme and Windsor as required.
Commitment to positive behaviour support frameworks, solid communication and a compassionate, team-oriented approach are essential.
