One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Change Managers in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
n
n
Demonstrated experience leading and delivering end-to-end organisational change management activities for ICT or digital transformation programs/projects.
n
Proven ability to conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and translate these into practical, executable change plans and actions.
n
Solid stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to work closely with and coach senior leaders and sponsors in a hands-on capacity.
n
Experience applying and operationalising structured OCM methodologies within program and project environments.
n
