The Role:
n
n
Preventative & Reactive Maintenance
n
WHS compliance including site inspections
n
Managing and outsourcing maintenance requests
n
Liaise with all external contractors
n
Major project procurement, tendering and selection
n
Manage capital works across the centre
n
Tenancy fit-out coordination with tenant side team
n
CAPEX/OPEX budget management
n
Budget & variance reporting
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
5+ years of facilities
management/operations
management experience
n
Experience in managing retail centres preferred
n
Strong technical knowledge
n
A proactive approach to facilities
n
Mechanical or electrical trade qualification a bonus
n
n
