Moira Shire Council is seeking a Coordinator People & Culture to lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of HR services, partnering with leaders to deliver strategic workforce initiatives across a large regional council.
You will manage a multidisciplinary HR team, influence executive leadership, and drive workforce planning, recruitment, and wellbeing initiatives in a highly regulated local government context.
