About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as a
Site Manager
or similar within the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
Demonstrated experience managing
commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion
Trade Qualified
Project experience across
Government, Social housing, Defence, Recreation or Education.
Robust communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage site team
