YMCA Victoria is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Baw Baw Outdoor Pools to help lead the Duty Manager and Lifeguard team, support recruitment and onboarding, and oversee training, rostering and timesheets. You will ensure operations align with contractual requirements, safety standards and asset management. The role includes budgeting and reporting across six sites.
The position is full time with an hourly rate up to $* plus super, based in Warragul and surrounding centres.
