Whiddon is seeking caregivers to join their team in Wingham on a fixed 12-month contract. You will work with residents using a relationship-based care approach, with supportive staffing and versatile shifts to suit personal needs.

A Cert III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) is preferred, with prospects to undertake further studies. We offer a not-for-profit, family-like culture across NSW/QLD, with focus on teamwork, communication, and high care standards.
