Job Description
Bupa is seeking a Safety Specialist to support protected and compliant operations across Bupa Aged Care.
You will partner with leaders to embed practical safety processes, delivering risk assessments, audits and incident investigations while driving continuous improvement for staff and residents.
Reporting to the Senior Safety Manager, you will strengthen safety capability, manage safety projects, and engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with legislative standards in a rapid-paced workplace.
