Program Administrator - Workplace Health Services Project Team
Temporary Full Time Contract to help support a health project

About us
MAX Health partners with organisations to deliver a range of innovative workplace medical services such as medical assessments, early intervention programs and medical advisory services.
This role is to assist and support the Worplace Health Services Project Team to achieve the delivery of MAX Health Services.
About the role
Maintaining accurate records and information, managing enquiries and resolving issues from internal and external stakeholders
Liaising and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Implementing new approaches and processes to meet the needs of our business
Other duties as required, commensurate with the skill and experience required for the position
Comply with all WHS procedures ensuring that team members, including volunteers and contractors abide by the relevant health and safety procedures
Act as a role model by demonstrating protected work behaviours and report all accidents, incident or near misses, immediately
About you
High Attention to detail
Previous Administration Experience highly regarded




Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
Self-motivated, Adaptable and Adaptable
A team player who can also work autonomously
Hold a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
