Spicers Tamarind is hiring a Sous Chef to join the culinary team, following an internal promotion. The role focuses on leading a small kitchen, delivering all dining experiences, and developing menus in collaboration with the Head Chef.

You will train and support junior staff, supervise BOH operations, and ensure health and safety standards while coordinating with front-of-house for timely service. This in office role requires weekend and public holiday availability.
