The role involves mentoring national trades personnel, reducing downtime, and ensuring protected, compliant maintenance practices.
Ideal candidates have robust underground hard rock mining experience, 5+ years post-apprenticeship, and trade certification III/IV in Heavy Diesel Equipment.
International exposure is highly regarded.
