Job Description
IFYS is seeking a Case Manager in Townsville to lead one residential program and a team of Residential Youth Workers.
The role centers on delivering trauma-informed care in a safe, hygienic living workplace while guiding staff and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
You will ensure reporting and documentation compliance and contribute to Safety Plans and Positive Behaviour Support.
