As the Site Foreman you will be expected to coordinate and organise the site activities. You will work directly with the Project Manager in delivering the project.
n
Your role will require you to:
n
n
Liaise with Head Office and the Project Manager.
n
Manage and coordinate trades
n
Technical ability to understand construction related documentation.
n
Manage OH&S; processes
n
Coordinate suppliers, deliveries and materials handling
n
Follow and update construction programmes
n
n

n You are expected to have a thorough understanding of construction methodologies. You are expected to be honest, reliable and hardworking.
n You must be self-motivated and have the ability to think logically and ask questions.
n
With your previous in office experience, you will be required to demonstrate the following:
n
n
Significant years in a qualified trade with trade certificate or; 5 years' experience in the construction industry. Preferably with experience in Class 2 - 9 Buildings and with regulated projects under the NSW Building commission.
n
Intermediate computer skills ie: Emails, Excel and Word
n
Sufficient knowledge of WHSE regulations
