About the role:
n
n
Acquisitions and disposals of major property assets and portfolios.
n
Property development and large-scale development projects.
n
Commercial leasing and asset management matters.
n
Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional real estate transactions.
n
Alternative asset classes, including data centres, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
n
Coordinating specialist teams across corporate, finance, construction,
planning and tax.
n
Managing client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice.
n
Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
n
Supporting business development and practice growth initiatives.
n
n
The ideal candidate:
n
n
Must be an admitted lawyer with 5+ years post admission experience in real estate
n
Solid experience across acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing and asset management.
n
The ability to lead complex transactions and manage competing priorities.
n
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills.
n
A commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach.
n
Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers.
n
An interest in emerging and alternative real estate asset classes.
