Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator for a full time role in Windsor, Victoria.
You will lead a team to design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs tailored to each resident, coordinating activities and collaborating with clinical staff to support holistic care.
You will manage events, maintain records, and contribute to resident assessments to optimise wellbeing.
A Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle/Health (or similar) and at least 2 years of relevant experience
