Job Description
pay.com.au is building a Growth and Rewards engineering tribe. The Senior Engineering Manager will lead three squads—Activation, Website and Rewards—focusing on activation, retention and partner experiences.

You will shape the roadmap with Product, Marketing and Growth and own delivery quality and rapid decisions on what to scale. Candidates should have 10+ years in software engineering and 3+ years leading multiple teams, plus a product mindset and experience in Growth, loyalty or rewards.
