Job Description
Pinkus Recruitment is seeking a part time HR Manager for a skilled services firm in Melbourne. The role is newly created and offers 3 or 4 days per week, or 5 shorter days, reporting to the HR Partner and Practice Manager.

You will provide HR support, onboard/offboard staff, maintain HR software, assist with recruitment, support HR projects, and organise staff functions and newsletters. Robust communication and confidentiality are essential.
