About the Role
n
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and day-to-day business operations. From recruitment and onboarding to compliance coordination, training administration, and operational support - no two days will be the same.
n




Extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding processes is essential for this role.
n
A minimum of 5+ years of HR experience is required.
n
Australian work rights must be held at the time of application.

What You'll Be Doing
n
HR & People Coordination
n
n
Supporting recruitment activities including screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
n
Preparing employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and HR correspondence
n
Maintaining employee records and HR systems
n
Assisting with policies, procedures, and HR administration
n
Supporting probation reviews and performance review processes
n
Coordinating employee onboarding and induction programs
n
Coordinate Workers Compensation and Return to Work responsibilities
