Job Description
My client is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Consultant with robust hands‐on experience implementing and supporting the Workday Advanced Compensation module to join a major Rewards project.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (with project currently running until the end of December)

Location: Sydney
n
Must have
n
n
Robust hands‐on experience implementing and supporting the Workday Advanced Compensation module.
n
Experience configuring, testing and deploying Workday Advanced Compensation solutions.
n
Robust knowledge of Workday HCM and Core Compensation.
n
Experience supporting UAT, deployment and post‐implementation activities.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
n




Nice to have
n
n
Experience with other Workday functional modules.
n
Previous experience working on Rewards or Compensation transformation projects.
n
Workday certifications are highly regarded.
n
n
