Job Description
GrainCorp is seeking a Site Manager for the Ultima grain storage and distribution site.
You will supervise a small team of Grain Handlers and actively participate in day-to-day operations, ensuring secure receipt, storage and dispatch of commodities.
You will coordinate activities, coach staff, and apply our enterprise agreements, while building robust relationships with local growers and customers.
A focus on safety and continuous improvement is essential.
