As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Merchandise Planner to drive strategy, optimise inventory, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-impact role.
Why This Role?
As a Merchandise Planner, you'll take ownership of the full planning cycle across 200+ stores and online, ensuring we deliver the right product at the right time.
Your focus will be on:
End-to-end planning: Managing OTB, markdowns, and inventory strategy to maximise sales and profit.
Strategic stock flow: Keeping core & repeat lines "never out of stock" and planning key events.
Collaboration & leadership: Partnering with buyers and mentoring two direct reports (Junior Planner & Allocator).




What We're Looking For:
10+ years in Merchandise Planning (fashion/apparel experience is a must!)
Advanced Excel & planning system skills
Solid analytical, strategic, and collaboration abilities
A detail-oriented, proactive mindset that thrives in a rapid-paced retail environment
