Manly Pacific, MGallery Collection, on Sydney's iconic Manly Beach, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee Bistro Manly's service and guest satisfaction.
You will ensure smooth, friendly operations and help meet the department budget.
With a minimum of 2 years in a beverage/outlet role and a valid RSA, you will manage orders, rosters, and stock, while maintaining high hygiene and service standards.
Opera Cloud knowledge is desirable; adaptable shifts included.
