Talesca Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Engineer to support its Australian solar and BESS assets. The role focuses on utility-scale operations, performance monitoring, contractor supervision and asset management readiness.

You will work with the O&M; Manager to oversee maintenance, reporting and site inspections. This 12-month contract offers daily rates of $500–$650 inclusive of super, with site-based work across Queensland.
