Terra Verde is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead HR services across the joint venture delivering major infrastructure in Victoria.
Reporting to the People & Culture Director, you will steer workforce planning, employee relations, remuneration and capability development.
You will collaborate with leaders across the project to foster a high-performing, inclusive workforce within a quick-paced construction setting, delivering strategic people initiatives and governance.
