Access Aged Care is seeking expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our Queensland team. You will provide regular weekly rounds in Residential Aged Care Homes, caring for a secure resident cohort and building lasting relationships with families and care teams.

This role offers weekday hours only, with no after-hours, weekends or on-call requirements. An Access Aged Care Nurse supports rounds and follow-up care to keep care plans coordinated.
