Talentpath is seeking an experienced Initiative Lead - Transformation to join a newly established Transformation team in Brisbane CBD. This hybrid, 18-month fixed-term role will lead strategic initiatives that improve performance across people, process and technology.

You will develop business cases, manage multiple workstreams, engage stakeholders and partner with vendors to deliver measurable perks. Salary is $145,000–$153,900 plus super and salary packaging.
