Job Description
St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking a dedicated case worker to support people experiencing homelessness. The role involves outreach, tenancy and crisis case management, and building practical supports to stabilise accommodation.

You will work with clients to develop and implement person-centred case plans, coordinate with partners, and maintain accurate records, contributing to safer, more secure housing outcomes.
