Responsibilities
Providing 1st & 2nd level remote and onsite IT support for clients.
Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve IT issues within the Helpdesk.
Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
Developing and maintaining solid client relationships.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience of providing level 1st & 2nd IT support.
Sound knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, Intune, Azure,



Veeam, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting.
Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is highly regarded.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
