A permanent full time role within a well-established automotive dealership in the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. For an automotive service advisor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Requires Car/Automotive Service Advisor Experience
n

Your normal day will have you:
n
n
Greet customers and assess their service needs
n
Communicate effectively with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles
n
Provide accurate cost estimates and prioritize repairs
n
Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
n
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfaction
n

You will need:

Proven experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapid-paced workplace

Basic computer proficiency
