Powerhouse Recruitment is recruiting for a Service Advisor at a Ballarat dealership.
You will be the face of the service department, guiding customers from drop-off to collection and coordinating with technicians and the parts team to ensure a smooth service journey.
The ideal candidate has a customer-service mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced team.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30am–5:30pm, with no Saturday trading.
