Court Services Victoria is seeking a People Partner dedicated to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
You will partner with Heads of Division and member leaders to deliver workforce planning, onboarding, capability development and performance initiatives across the member portfolio.
The role supports implementing VCAT's people strategy, prepares executive briefs and governance papers, and builds trusted relationships with stakeholders.
