BlueCare is seeking a proactive Retirement Village Manager to lead one or more villages in Hervey Bay.
You will drive operational planning, occupancy maintenance, and day-to-day activities with a robust focus on resident satisfaction and service delivery.
You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and foster community engagement while upholding safety, HR policies, and regulatory standards.
A team-oriented, customer-centric leader is required.
