Queensland Fire Department – Maryborough is seeking a Manager [Planning and Performance] to lead complex regional planning and performance initiatives in the Central Region.
You will oversee staff development, brigade finance support, and governance to deliver service excellence.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Regional Operations, you will drive strategic planning, monitor regional performance, and provide senior advice on improvement initiatives and capacity development across brigades.
