Downer is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor on Barrow Island, coordinating a team of mechanics, auto electricians, tyre fitters and trade assistants to keep HV/LV vehicles and equipment in top condition.

This FIFO role operates on a 2:2 roster (12-hour days) with a solid emphasis on safety, planning and daily pre-starts. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, monitor work orders and support compliance while delivering reliable maintenance on energy assets.
