Unknown Builder in NSW seeks a Design Manager to lead the design team and oversee integration of design and cost planning throughout pre-construction and delivery phases.
You will liaise with pre-construction, delivery teams and clients to drive successful outcomes.
The role requires extensive experience managing design for D&C; in Class 2 projects and CC processes, with robust document control using Procore or Aconex.
