Role Overview

Senior Legal Liability Claims Manager at a national claims specialist provider. Work in a hybrid arrangement (2–3 days on site, remaining from home). Responsible for managing a personal injury and general liability claims portfolio, assessing liability and financial exposure.

Key Responsibilities
n

Collaborate with the National Liability Manager and a team of legal qualified professionals.
n
Manage a portfolio of personal injury and general liability claims.
n
Assess liabilities and financial exposure for each case.
n
Provide expertise on insurance principles, policies, and regulations.
n
Analyze data, assess risks, and recommend effective solutions.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Law degree (essential).
n
Proven experience managing personal injury or liability claims.
n




Experience within a general insurance business and some private practice exposure is preferred.
n
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills.
n
Proficiency in industry‐specific software and Microsoft Office Suite.
n
