The Role
n
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working within a high-performing team, you will play a key role in managing stakeholders, driving programme outcomes, and maintaining solid client relationships.

You'll be involved in:

End-to-end project delivery across industrial and commercial builds
n
Managing budgets, programmes, and project risk
n
Coordinating design, procurement, and construction phases
n
Leading site and project teams, including subcontractors and consultants
n
Client liaison and stakeholder management
n
Driving value engineering and buildability outcomes
n
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
n

Proven experience delivering industrial or commercial construction projects

Ability to manage projects in the $20M-$80M+ range
n
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contracts
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
