Essential: Proven and recent Business Analyst experience in higher education or education-aligned government, with a strong understanding of university operating models, governance, and stakeholder complexity.
We're working with a large, complex education organisation delivering enterprise-level programs of work and looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join on a contract.
The role
Lead end-to-end business & process analysis
Facilitate stakeholder workshops across complex settings
Translate requirements into explicit, high-quality documentation
Recommend practical, fit-for-purpose solutions
Work within agile and hybrid delivery teams
About you
Senior BA experience in large,



structured organisations
Robust business requirements & process mapping skills
Comfortable engaging senior and diverse stakeholders
Background in regulated environments (education, gov, etc.) highly regarded
Full-time (5 days/week)
Contract initially until May
