OCTEC invites applications for a full time Hub Pathways Manager based in Wollongong to support OCTEC sites across the Employment Region.
You will forge partnerships with local organisations, employers and education providers to deliver tailored pathways and supports for youth and job seekers.
The role focuses on cultivating trusted partnerships, facilitating in office co-location with community organisations, and developing referral pathways to OCTEC's Transition to Work program.
