Public Sector People are partnering with a Sydney government organisation to recruit for Development Engineer.

Contract: 6 months temp contract with potential to extend | Immediate Start.
n
Salary: $65 - $80 p/h + Super.

Responsibilities:

Assessment of development application referrals in drainage and flooding to successfully meet KPIs
n
Review and provide expert engineering advice on Development Applications, including assessing drainage and flooding designs, and recommending conditions of consent where necessary.
n
Liaise with internal and external customers with regards to development applications
n
n
Essential:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, and eligible to become a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia
n
Previous experience in assessing development applications in a council workplace
n
n
