Wesley Mission is seeking a Case Manager to support children and young people in Out of Home Care (OOHC) and Supported Independent Living (SIL).
You will work with children, birth families and foster carers to ensure secure, secure placements and to help young people build independence and life skills.
The role requires a social work/related degree, two years of OOHC or case management experience, flexible hours, and robust communication.
